Common questions
How do I move from Jobber to Platy OS?
Open Settings › Import data and click Bring over from Jobber. Export the reports Platy lists, drop them all in at once, check everything, then press Bring over.
Which reports do I need from Jobber?
Client contact info, Property list, Invoices and Client balance summary. Add the Quotes report if you want your open quotes to come over. Set each one to All time and export all columns.
Will my clients get a message when I import from Jobber?
No. Nothing is texted or emailed to anyone during an import.
Can I undo a Jobber import?
Yes, for 7 days, or until you send your first invoice from Platy. Open Settings › Import data and click Undo import.
