Platy teamPublished Owners can now mark an invoice as awaiting payment without sending it, one at a time or many at once. For clients on end-of-month terms, turn on Bills monthly and their new invoices skip Draft, with nothing sent until you choose.

Common questions
Can I mark an invoice as sent without sending it?
Yes. Mark it Awaiting payment from the invoice, from the Invoices list for many at once, or in the phone app. Nothing goes to the client.
How do I set a client up for monthly billing?
Open the client and turn on Bills monthly. Their new invoices go straight to Awaiting payment and nothing is sent to them, so you decide when they go out.
