Nudge every quote that is waiting on a reply

Owners can now follow up on several quotes at once. Tick the quotes waiting on a reply, click Nudge, and each client gets their own text or email with their name, total and a link to their quote.

  • On Quotes, tick any quotes waiting on a reply and click Nudge
  • Pick text, email or both, and change the wording for this nudge
  • See exactly what the first client will get before anything goes out

Common questions

Can I follow up on several quotes at once?

Yes. On Quotes, tick the quotes waiting on a reply and click Nudge. One window sends each client their own message.

Can I change the follow-up message?

Yes. Edit the text or email in the Nudge window, and the change is for that nudge only. Your saved wording lives in Settings › Templates.

Does every client get the same message?

Each client gets their own name, quote total and a link to their quote.
