Do I get a business number for texting clients?

Yes. Every Platy company gets its own business number after the 14-day free trial. Give it to your clients and text them from Platy.

Where do client texts show up?

In Messages, on the dashboard and in the Platy phone app, next to that client's jobs. They never go to your personal number.

Can I text invoices to my clients?

Yes. When you send invoices, pick Text or Email for each client. The text goes out from your business number with the pay link at the end.

What happens if a client asks to stop getting texts?

Platy handles opt-outs for you, so a client who asks to stop is not texted again.
